Returns & Exchange

Returns should generally be avoided because they cause a lot of extra traffic. So please chose your sizes carefully and do not hesitate to contact us whenever in doubt.

You can return items to us up to 30 days after your goods are received, provided they are returned in an original, unused condition. If you wish to return a product please contact us via info@trve.studio

The buyer has to cover the delivery costs for the returned items.

Remember to keep a tracking ID and receipt from the carrier as your proof of delivery. 

Please allow up to 10 days after the returned items have been received for your refund or for the items you want to exchange to be shipped. 

Non-EU returns: Customs declarations must be marked ‘Returned goods. No commercial value’.
